Every company formation includes a free CRO name check, so you know your chosen name is available before we do anything else. We then prepare all your incorporation documentation: your Certificate of Incorporation, Company Constitution, Minutes of Incorporation and Share Certificates. All CRO filing fees are included, so there are no surprises further down the line.
Please note this covers incorporation only. Your Register of Beneficial Ownership (RBO) filing and your company’s first Annual Return aren’t part of this service. Most clients ask us to handle those too, along with ongoing company secretarial support, so just let us know if you’d like to add them on.
